HISTORY

In 2008, the first business for selling and distributing hygienic shoe cover machines in Turkey was established by our chairman, Tolga HIDIROĞLU. By 2012, Tolga HIDIROĞLU realized that the TMATIC company imported machines that were of poor quality, had frequent service needs, and were not performing well. He understood that this work should be done correctly, and by him. At that time, Tolga established a team, and by leveraging the experience he had gained, they began to build factories for the production of Fully Automatic and High-Quality PE Film, Shoe Cover, Cartridge, and Shoe Covering Machines with innovative and high-tech applications.

Our CEO, Tolga HIDIROĞLU, says: "We produce the highest quality shoe covers and shoe cover machines because we integrate every part of the process within a single campus. We succeeded in fine-tuning every aspect of the process to achieve the highest quality and produced a machine that works with 100% success from the first try in the world."

INNOVATIONS

• Revisions were made to shoe cover machines in 2014, such as increasing the depth of the machine by 7 cm to accommodate 8 cm heeled shoes.
• The use of magnetic switches instead of mechanical switches in 2014.
• Revision of molds for magnetic switches, with 5 molds updated in 2014.
• Mold revisions for opening the shoe cover were made in 2014.
• New metal molds were cast for the spoon production used to open the shoe cover in 2014.
• An extruder was purchased for the production of shoe cover film in 2014.
• Test production of polyethylene film began in 2015.
• We started the production of red-colored shoe covers in 2014.
• We started the production of green-colored shoe covers in 2014.
• We started the production of white-colored shoe covers in 2014.
• Biodegradable shoe covers production began in 2015.
• Revisions were made to the LED lights in shoe cover machines in 2015.
• The LED driver was upgraded to enhance the efficiency and lifespan of the LED light.
• New revisions were introduced for machines with arms to begin production in 2015.
• New infrared sensors were added to the shoe cover machine casings for machines working under intense light in 2015 (currently in testing).
